"We were in a bind...A/C broken...young children...110 degrees outside. Called multiple places. everyone said it would take a week to fix, etc. We called Trinity and Beshar was AMAZING. He cared. He wanted to help. He came over within 45 minutes. This was on a Saturday...in the summer in AZ. And he was willing to work deep into the night to get it fixed.
